What payment methods are available?

Credit card

We currently accept credit / debit card payments with VISA, Master Card through Midtrans services as payment gateway

Bank Transfer

We currently accept interbank transfers BCA, MANDIRI, BNI

What is the Order ID?

Order ID is the code number obtained when you finished checkout and place order, each transaction will get a different Order ID, Order ID also serves to track and see the history of every transaction you made.

I already made the order but did not get the order ID?

If you forget the order ID, you can click directly on my account and then click order history, if there is no history order, the possibility of the order process you did before has not succeeded or failed. You can reorder to get new Order ID.

What to do after completing the order and get the Order ID?

After getting the order ID then you can make payment in accordance with the nominal shown on the place order page, to one of the available accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BNI)

After ordering, how do I confirm payment?

Payment confirmation only applies to you who make payment via bank transfer, just fill in the column on Confirmation page of payment then upload proof of payment. After that our admin will verify your payment and your order will be processed soon.

Can I get free shipping?

Yasss, we are free shipping costs throughout Indonesia for the minimum purchase of 500 thousand. Do not forget to check free shipping on the shipping method on the place order page.

Is there a fixed store location?

Currently we only have online store only.

The product I want is sold out, how can I buy it?

Unfortunately we do not do restock for all products that have been exhausted, but for some products that we restock will appear Pre Order badge on the product image, which means you can order the goods first but for delivery will be processed according to the date listed in the explanation product . For this process your order will only succeed if already make payment and confirmation as usual.

What if the goods I receive do not match?

How long will it take? (Delivery)

For Jakarta area takes 1-3 working days by using JNE and Sicepat delivery service. For outside Jabodetabek will take 4-10 days according to the delivery area.

When will my goods be delivered?

Delivery is only done in our day and working hours
Monday - Friday : 09.00 - 17.00
For orders that enter outside of working hours, it will be processed the next day in the day and hours are listed

Is there any free shipping?

We provide free shipping to all over Indonesia but with minimum purchase of Idr 500,000, and the type of shipping used is regular

Can I use an Online Transport delivery service?
