Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please fill the information needed in Return & Exchange Portal. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process your refund or exchange.
Shipping: You'll be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange, unless the item was defective or we made a mistake in processing your order.
Refund process: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees, Voucher and Points are non-refundable.
Exchange process: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your exchange within 7-10 business days. We'll cover the shipping costs for the new item.
Exceptions: Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
